Contract signed for China-aided hospital maintenance and housing construction

On December 4, 2010, a signing ceremony was held in the health ministry of Chad marking the maintenance of China-aided Ghana Freedom Hospital and construction of residential house for Chinese medical team. Muhammad Mamadou Adi, Chad public health state secretary, and representative of the project constructor, China Geo-Engineering Corporation International Ltd. (CGC) signed up the contract. The ceremony was attended by Yang Guangyu, Chinese ambassador to Chad, secretary general and senior officials of Chad public health ministry, Qian Jin, political counselor of Chinese embassy in Chad, Huang Mingyuan, commercial counselor of Chinese embassy in Chad, and representatives of Chinese medical team in Chad. The Chad media covered the event.
